Inspection Services

  • Full Home Inspection

The objective a home inspection is to identify and report on the material defects, non-functioning systems, and maintenance required of the home at the time of the inspection, often times prior to the completion of a sale or a purchase.

Our qualified home inspector will evaluate the home and create a detailed inspection report, highlighting issues that range from minor maintenance items to major structural or safety concerns, allowing a buyer (or seller) to make an informed decision regarding the property's purchase or sale.

  • Structural and Exterior Components

We will conduct a thorough inspection of structural systems such as the foundation, crawlspaces / attics, basements, framing, and more.

The structural system is essentially the skeleton of the home, and is often the most critical element of a home inspection, as they bear the weight of the entire structure and must resist external forces like wind and seismic activity. We aim to identify any significant defects, movement, or deterioration that could compromise the stability and safety of the home.

The roof, flashing, chimneys, gutters, drainage, siding, windows, and doors, among other components of the home pertaining to the exterior, will also be evaluated in depth.

  • Major Systems and Interior Components

The interior space of the home must also be thoroughly evaluated. Walls, ceilings, floors, and other interior items must be inspected to ensure that they are in good condition and do not pose any significant concerns of safety issues.

Additionally, we will inspect and detail functionality and condition of major systems including, but not limited to:

    - HVAC System (heating & cooling system(

    - Plumbing System (water heating equipment, interior water supply, faucets and hookups, drainage systems, etc)

    - Electrical System (service access, panel, wiring, switches, receptacles, etc).

    - Insulation & Ventilation (attic / visible areas)
